At present, 60% of our factory workforce are employed from the neighbourhoods closest to our Kelaniya printing press as we strive to inspire local communities and define generations. Intermart comprises a team of 250+ creative and dynamic print-enthusiasts in an 80,000 square ft. facility who work together to provide our customers with extensive packaging solutions. These roles include printing press operatives, creative designers, a customer-centric sales force, and an agile business development team.
